How We Engage

Three ways to work together. One way to get started.

Every engagement begins with a free marketing audit, not a pitch. From there you pick the model that matches the work in front of you. All ongoing work is month to month, because the work should keep you, not the contract.

The Anchor

Compare us to the hire, not to another agency.

A mid-level marketing manager in Columbus costs roughly $75,000 to $95,000 in salary, plus payroll tax, benefits, software, and the months it takes to hire. That buys you one person who is genuinely good at two things and learning the other ten.

This is the comparison that matters. Not whether we cost more than the cheapest agency in town, but whether twelve specialists beat one generalist at roughly the same money.

The Engagement Models

Pick the one that matches the work in front of you.

The choice usually makes itself obvious by the time the audit is done.

01

Pick Your Channels

Best for: you have functions that need an owner.

You already have marketing running. Some of it underperforms. Some of it leaks. Some of it has no owner at all. Tell us which pieces, and we take them over and make them work. Pick one, pick three, pick whichever ones are bleeding the most.

  • Take over your site and lift conversion
  • Own SEO and the content engine
  • Run paid media and fix the leaks
  • Own local search and your profiles
  • Take over social or email entirely
  • Build and run the review system
  • Inherit your CRM and automation
  • Any combination of the twelve
Capabilities engagedYou choose
Month one: Kickoff document within seven days. Audit of the function we are inheriting inside two weeks. Baseline metrics by week three. First changes live by the end of month one.
From $500per month, scales with the functions you hand us. Ad spend separate.

Projects & Builds

Best for: one thing needs to get built, well.

A defined scope with a start and an end. No retainer, no ongoing commitment. This is where a lot of relationships begin, and there is no pressure to turn it into something bigger.

  • Website design and build
  • Rebrand and identity systems
  • Photo and video production
  • Sales and marketing collateral
  • CRM and automation buildouts
  • Location or product launches
  • Standalone strategy sprints
  • Tracking and analytics setup
Capabilities engagedYou choose
Week one: Scope, timeline, and fixed price agreed before anything starts. You know the number and the delivery date before you commit, and neither moves unless you change the scope.

Start Here

Every engagement starts with the free audit.

Before we propose anything, we audit your visibility, website, ad spend, reviews, and the three competitors you name. You get written findings and a prioritized plan regardless of whether you hire us.

It exists for one reason: we will not propose work we are not confident will produce customers. Most agencies pitch first and figure it out later. We figure it out first, and the work proposes itself.

The Fine Print, Without the Fine Print

Engagement terms in plain English.

Most agency contracts are ten pages of legal cover for whoever has the most leverage. Here is how this actually works.

Month to month, always.

No minimums, no annual lock-in, no auto-renewal. Leave with 30 days notice and no penalty. Lock-in is how agencies hide bad work, and we would rather earn the next month every month.

Flat fees, never a percentage.

We do not take a percentage of ad spend. That model pays an agency more for spending more of your money. Our fee is flat, so telling you to cut a channel costs us nothing.

You own everything.

Ad accounts, domain, CRM, analytics, creative files, raw footage. During and after. If we part ways you take all of it, including the historical data.

Ad spend is separate.

Media budget goes directly to Google or Meta, not through us. You see the real invoices. Nothing is bundled into one number with a margin hidden inside it.

If it is not working, we say it first.

If the work is not producing what we projected, we raise it in the next review before you have to. Sometimes the answer is to scale back. Sometimes it is to part ways. Both are honest.

We turn down work.

If your budget is too small for the category, or the problem is operational rather than marketing, we tell you during the audit. It happens more than you would expect.
