Audit requested

Request in. Work starts now.

A person is going to spend three to five days on your market before we speak. No cost, no obligation, and the written findings are yours whichever way you decide.

What happens next

Four steps, about a week.

i.

We confirm within one business day

You get an email confirming we have what we need, or asking for the one or two things we are missing. Usually that is the competitor names.

ii.

We do the actual work

Three to five business days. Local visibility, website conversion, technical health, ad spend, reviews, tracking, and your three closest competitors. A person writes it, not a tool.

iii.

We walk you through it

About 45 minutes, on a call or in person. What we found, what it is costing you, and what we would fix first. Ask anything.

iv.

You keep it

The written audit is yours. Hand it to your current agency or your internal team and execute it without us. That is a completely acceptable outcome.

Make it sharper

Two optional things that help a lot.

Neither is required. Both make the audit considerably more specific, particularly around wasted ad spend.

Optional

Read-only analytics access

Google Analytics and Google Ads, view access only. We change nothing, and you can revoke it any time. This is what lets us put dollar figures on wasted spend instead of estimating from the outside.

Optional

The competitors you actually lose to

If you did not list three, reply to the confirmation email with them. Benchmarking against the businesses genuinely taking your work beats benchmarking against whoever ranks highest.
